Youth

In a world that seeks to destroy the lives of people today, our young people are facing challenges that are difficult to come to terms with, compounded with the confusion in the hearts of people today - there is no hope other than Jesus Christ. There are a number of youth activities that take part throughout the country and we encourage you to find an Assembly near you and come and experience the Love of God.

Please look at our Events Calendar to see when the next Youth Camps, Ralley or Reunion is taking place and join us!

Youth Camp Testimony - Camp has made a lot of things clear to me.  All I had to do was look through heavens eyes.  Things might not be going so well for me but I know that if other people see me as imperfect, my God says I’m perfect, He loves an imperfect person.  Personally, perfectly He makes me perfectly perfect.  He takes IMPERFECT people and make them perfect by separating the “I’M” from “PERFECT” so we can say “ I’m perfect in God”. Whenever a battle comes along, I know I’ll have nothing to fear because my Saviour has already won it for me. I don’t need any weapon made by man from this world because God is greater than any weapon, He is greater than my worries.  Just like Ariel washing powder- He removes tough stains with one wash.  - Sanele Zulu

Youth Camp Testimony - I have been really blessed this camp and feel like God has been speaking directly to me in each meeting.  In the past few months I behaved in ways that did not reflect my relationship with the Lord and what I stand for in anyway.  I knew in my heart making excuses for myself to try and justify these things and in so doing I built up a wall (like what we learned on day 1) between me and God.  Ever since doing those things and building that wall I really didn’t feel at peace at all.  Then we had that meeting where we were told that it is time to make right with the Lord and I really felt this desire to put everything behind me and move on with my relationship with the Lord and so I did.  As soon as I made the decision to make right, I felt an amazing feeling of purity, and the peace that we have been taught about this camp became so real to me.  I really want to thank the Lord for His love, mercy and forgiveness and for blessing me with that peace that passes all understanding because I feel like I can now move on with my relationship with Him. 2 Corinthians 5:17. - Sam Lee

December Camp Testimonies

I felt the Lord in me. It has changed me.  I feel new this camp.  I fully invited the Lord into my heart.  I asked him to take control of me, so he has been speaking to me and made me a better person.  Now my heart is clean and if I sin all I have to do is ask and it is done.  He is a spark in my life.  I live every day to talk to Him and serve Hi and please Him.  I try to make Him my first thought all the time, but we get distracted and lose Him.  We must learn to keep focused and love Him, love Jesus and love the Father.

I think that God really challenged me this camp to step out of my comfort zone. I struggled with being patient and loving towards some girls in my bungalow and this really tested my will to concentrate on what God is doing in me rather than what was happening around me. God has really been challenging me with this recently so I think it was a good thing to have another prompting from God to love all. I really loved camp, though. It was awesome to spend time with other solid children of God and I made some special new friends. God has grown me in ways I could never have expected, and challenged me in more ways than I could know. Thank you for an awesome, awesome time.

Jeremiah 33:3 - Through this camp I have learnt so much more about God and how His love can just overflow from people. God’s love will always prevail and I will shine for God in a world where there is darkness.
