The Duty of each Member

2 Corinthians 4:13 – “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written (Psalm 116:10), I believe, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe and therefore speak…..”

To keep my body and mind pure from sin and separated from worldly pleasures of indulgence, fornication (sexual sins) and other vices, (e.g. drugs, alcohol and smoking) so that I may be a temple for the Holy Spirit and a vessel fit for the Master’s use. To submit myself to the perfect will of God for my life, and to submit myself to the Oversight and Ministries of the Church. To be a witness to the unsaved of the world, pointing them to Christ, through the Gospel. To give myself fully to the edifying of my fellow believers as the Lord enables me. To faithfully attend all the meetings of the Church (Assembly), serving God with all my heart. To give of my substance, by faithfully tithing to the Local Assembly, where God has added me.
